The different types of pest control treatments carried out by M/s.M.M.PEST EXTERMINATORS are as under.
General Insect Pest Control : This treatment is to keep the premises reasonably free of Termites, General pests like, cockroaches, bed-bugs, silver-fish, red and black ants and any other crawling insects etc.
We are also opened to do Sanitization during this covid-19 in all the premises like office/society/ residence/industrial areas etc…
In the residential premises : The treatment is carried out once every quarter / alternate months on an annual contract basis (i.e. 4 treatments a year / 6 treatments a year). During the treatment our service staff must have a complete access to the entire premises. It is also essential to empty out the entire kitchen area at least for the first treatment to have an optimum effect / a major control over these general pests hiding in the nooks and corners of the premises. Once this major treatment is carried out then the remaining two treatments can be done with the help of Herbal Paste / Gel in the kitchen area and the rest of the premises with chemical ( with / without odor ). After the above treatment is carried out it is advisable that the premises be kept closed for a minimum period of 1 to 2 hours.
Common Areas Of Residential Societies : In order to keep the residential flats pest free, it is very essential that it’s surrounding areas are kept clean and free of pests. By surrounding areas we mean the building or the society common areas as well as the surrounding garden area. In order to keep a check on pests, it is necessary not to litter your surroundings, avoid water loggings etc.
Once this check is kept we can treat your society area (i.e. staircase common area, meter room, lift room, fire hydrant duct, drain ducts, gutters etc.) Monthly basis / Alternate months / Once Every Quarter and keep it reasonably free of pests by spraying the requisite insecticide.
In an Office : the general insect pest control treatment is usually carried out on Quarterly Basis / Alternate Month Basis / Monthly Basis for a contractual period of year. The entire office is thoroughly sprayed with the requisite insecticide (without odor ) and paying special attention to the kitchen, pantry, toilets and food storage areas where treatment will be conducted with special Herbal / Gel treatment.
Once again our service staff must have a complete access to the entire office. All the drawers, cabinets, cabins, cup-boards, etc. must be kept open during the treatment for achieving an optimum effect.
Computer and computer related materials should be properly covered.
Sensitive machines like telephone, fax machine, tea and coffee vending machine, computers etc. which cannot be sprayed by chemicals have to periodically cleaned by their respective experts because they for an excellent hiding and breeding ground for very many general pests. After the treatment the entire premises must be kept closed for minimum 1 to 2 hours.
TERMITES (WHITE-ANTS SPOT) TREATMENT : This type of treatment is usually carried out where the nature of infestation is small. It is an observatory contract for a period of one year or more. During this period the service staff visits and checks the entire premises and treats only the infested areas.
Wood Borers : The Powder Beetles or commonly known as the Wood Borers are tiny microscopic insects which are found inherent in the wood. They can at times lie dormant for a long period of time (i.e. 3 - 5 yrs). In their active stage they eat through the wood producing saw - dust like power generally found in line with where the holes are bored. In order to control the existing problem, the premises is kept under observation contract on yearly basis. During the period the service staff will be deputed to check & treated the premises with on oil - based insecticide.
Rodent Control : Rodent Control of any premises is 80% application of preventive measures and the balance 20% are control measures. By preventive measures we mean of not allowing the rodents into the premises or in other words sealing off all the entry points. Once the above preventive measures are looked into, the control measures like trapping, baiting etc. can easily be implemented.
Mosquito and Fly Treatment : In today’s time, specially in city area where pollution and unhygienic habits of the population at large form a major reason for the growth of the mosquitoes and flies.
Mosquitoes and Flies need water and high level of moisture to sustain themselves. Therefore they are mainly found in areas like drainage streams, street sewers, rain barrels, bird baths, moist and shady areas and any such area where water is easily accumulated.
Mosquito and Fly treatment is carried out in three stages. Larva or the Egg Stage. Residual Stage or spraying of insecticide where the insects reside / stay. Space Spray or Arial Spraying.
